Cacao Chia Protein Oatmeal

I’m especially focused on the healthy eating since I’m now in the cutting phase of my training. Despite my cutting regime, there are some foods I can’t live without and one of them is my beloved oatmeal. <3 Nothing keeps me as full all morning plus it’s so versatile and tasty, so I wanted to spike my regular oatmeal with some added protein as required by my current diet.


Verdict? I can guarantee that you’re going to LOVE this oatmeal! :)



Ingredients (1 serving)


  • 1 cup milk (any of your choice: soy, almond, coconut, etc.)

  • 50 gr. fine oats (I use gluten-free)

  • 1 -2 tbs. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. raw cacao powder (unsweetened)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work great!)

  • 1 egg white

  • sweetener and toppings optional




  • In a small pot begin to warm the milk over medium heat and stir in the oats and chia seeds, mix well.

  • Add the cacao powder and using a whisk, whisk till all clumps are gone, then add protein powder and repeat.

  • Lastly, turn up the heat to high, add the egg white and whisk oatmeal well till smooth and hot.

  • Serve and enjoy!
