My 3 days as a TV-guest sharing healthy recipes

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience as a guest of TV2 the passed 3 days. I got to be a guest and participant in the pilot for a new Danish cooking program that was filmed over 2 days. I got to meet some wonderful people and try my hand at cooking under pressure and with the time ticking. If the pilot is approved then it'll be aired in early 2015. So fingers crossed!! :)

I also had the opportunity of being a guest on the segment called Go'Appetit which is the cooking portion of Go'Aften Danmark. I was invited in my role as a bikini fitness athele and fitness blogger, so the talented and very funny Danish chef Gorm taught me how to make a delicious, healthy dish with chicken and chickpeas.

Every guest on the Go'Appetit segment brings another guest with them that knows them well so the Chef can get some inside info on your cooking skills and other things. My guest was my best girl Mette Tøttrup who I've known for 10 years. We share a passion for fitness and she knows me well. Almost too well! Haha :D

My biggest fear of making food live on prime time television was to burn my food or cut myself while chopping. I was relieved when the segment was shot that I succeeded on getting through it without either of those scenarios happening. I had a blast and really enjoyed my chat with Gorm. He taught me some really good tricks in the kitchen that I'll definitely be using from now on.
