Week 1 on Tiny Tea Detox

I wanted to give you guys an update on how it's been going with the Tiny Tea Detox by Your Tea.

For those of you who aren't familiar with Tiny Tea, it is a herbal blend that is designed to help with:

  • Better digestion

  • Reduces bloating

  • Boosts energy

  • Clears skin

  • Aids in weight loss

I've been drinking 1 cup of tea twice a day for a week now and so far so good. I can't say that it has helped me with weight loss, as I've been comp prepping and I'm already on a diet and I train intensely every day.

I can say, however, that I really look forward to drinking my 2 cups of Tiny Tea every day. I drink my cup of tea 30 minutes before or after a meal, as specified on the box. I really enjoy the taste and I do feel that it helps me with bloating and better digestion.

I usually have a problem with bloating because I eat a lot of fiber rich foods and my stomach is really sensitive, especially when I'm dieting. But I haven't had any problem with bloating this week, in fact my tummy has been completely flat - even in the evenings, where I usually experience the dreaded bloat.

So if you enjoy a good cup of herbal tea, I can definitely recommend Tiny Tea Detox due to the pleasant taste and wonderful aroma. It just happens to be a huge bonus, for me personally, that it helps reduce bloating and aids in digestion. If it continues to help me against the bloating, I would definitely consider re-ordering more of this tea.

I still one more week to go with the Tiny Tea Detox though, so I'll give you guys another update when I've gotten that far. Have great week out there!
