So guess who is one of your new TV fitness instructors on DR3's Morgengymnastikken? Yes, you guessed it.. ME! :-)
This summer I was casted by Danish TV and asked to prepare 3 home training circuits of 9 minutes and 1 fitness dance video. We shot these 4 segments in the summer at a beautiful location in Hellerup and it was a fantastic day where I got to meet some great new people and get my sweat on in front of the camera.
The mission of Morgengymnastikken is to inspire people to get active. There are various types of instructors and workouts you can try and you can do it all in the comfort of your own home. No equipment and not too much space is needed to follow these simple but tough workouts. So there's no excuse to not get moving!

Below you'll find the first circuit that aired for the first time yesterday morning across Denmark. It's called "Tonet krop" which means "Toned Body"- in Danish and it's a 9 minute interval training circuit to get your heart rate up and your metabolism a boost.
